1. Digital Products: All mock tests, online exams, and study packages offered on manaclass.in are digital products.
2. No Refunds: Once a digital product/mock test is purchased and access is granted to the user account, no refunds or credits will be issued. All sales are final.
3. Cancellation: Since these are one-time access or instant activation online tests, cancellation of an active test order is not applicable once the payment is successful.
4. Technical Issues: In case of double deduction or payment failure where the test is not activated, please reach out to us with the payment receipt. We will manually activate the course/test within 24-48 hours.
